[PR] Fix#8260 Keep Database Lookup length and precision when a return Type is set (hop)

leehaut opened a new pull request, #8267:
URL: https://github.com/apache/hop/pull/8267

   Fix https://github.com/apache/hop/issues/8260

   ## Summary
   - Database Lookup's Get Fields always fills the Type column (for example String). After that, Hop built a brand-new output field and threw away the table's length. A `varchar(100)` column became String with no length (`-`), so Table Output / bulk loaders could generate the wrong DDL.
   - This change still honors the Type you configure. It copies length, precision, mask, and JDBC comments from the table column instead of starting from an empty field. If the table column cannot be found, behavior is unchanged.
