Understanding the request flow

Hi all,

I am trying to understand the jetspeed framwork.I started with  the turbine 
fram work as i knew that it is the core of jetspeed but I'm still can't 
catch the full cycle starting from getting a new request how is it handled 
and associated with RunData Object (containing an 
action,page,screen,navigation,...etc),getting the user profile,parsing the 
xreg files,.....etc,and ending with drowing the required page and send it to 
the user? I know that it is very large story but...I tryed to read the code 
and i lost:(.can any one patiently tell me the story
