[patch] Bug in fresh-site site.xml
It seems that I do not have enough permissions to create a new issue in
the issue tracker. The description for the patch follows:
If you do a "forrest seed" and "forrest site" in a new directory, the
following bug is present.
Select 1st level tab Samples, afterwards select 2nd level tab "Index".
Notice that now the 1st level tab "Home" is selected instead of "Samples".
The attached patch fixes this issue.
Note that there are some other failures during the build of a fresh site
with "forrest site".

This can happen if in the skinconf.xml the <disable-xml-link> is set to
"false" (the default is "true"). In this case, this is the same issue
as http://issues.cocoondev.org/browse/FOR-284
If the <disable-xml-link> is set to "true", I don't know why you'd be
seeing this ... :(
What is the value of the <disable-xml-link> in your
src/documentation/skinconf.xml?

Oops, sorry Lorenz, you are absolutely correct.
I was not up-to-date with the Head. Yes, it is
seriously broken again.

There is something seriously wrong for you.
What operating system are you on?
What version of Forrest do you use?
What skin are you using?
I do not see these issues with the head of SVN.

However it adds an extra "Index" item into the menu.
Omitting the "@label" attribute from the new <index> entry
also "fixes" the issue, but it collapses the Sample menu.
This need for an <index> entry in site.xml might be a
symptom of some other bug.

What "other" are you referring to?
I can only see the "samples/ext:dtd-docs" failure
which we think is due to:
http://issues.cocoondev.org/browse/FOR-284
