This is related to HDFS-7647

DatanodeInfoWithStorage was introduced in org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.server.protocol package whereas its base class, DatanodeInfo, is in org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.protocol

DatanodeInfo is tagged @InterfaceAudience.Private
DatanodeInfoWithStorage should have the same tag.
