open source blocklist

Hi,

Anyone know of a open source project which can create and manage an email blacklist and also run using qmail, rblsmtpd and even SpamAssassin rules.

Most people use rbldnsd to serve up a local RBL zone file.
rbldnsd takes essentially plain text as input:

  http://www.corpit.ru/mjt/rbldnsd.html
