Freeze trunk directory layout
I'd like to call for a freeze on the trunk directory layout, while we
attempt to merge the changes from the dead 1.2 and 2.2 branches.
Once we get merged, I'm cool with switching to the m2 layout, but it
will make life my life painful if directories get moved in the mean
time.

I think we need to get to a point where we can start the
restructure... specifically to conform tho the maven2 standard module
structure and to organize modules into more functional groups.
I agree that we should freeze until the merge is finished, but we
should also try to expedite the merge so we can move forward.

I don't know. I'm hoping for a few day for my rearchitecture of
openejb in the dead branches, but who knows how long it will take.
There a quite a few other changes in the dead branches, but I don't
know how many have already been merged.

How long is it going to take to finish the merge?
