[ACS41][QA] Unassigned Critical Defects

There are no outstanding blockers but the following critical defects need to be addressed so we can go ahead with 4.1 RC candidate.

CLOUDSTACK-1934          NPE with listSupportedNetworkServices after upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1 (Ubuntu MS)        Unassigned

CLOUDSTACK-1988          AWS API using SOAP client - User Registeration fails.       Unassigned
