Regarding queuing up flow files

Hi Team,

I have few flow files queued up on NIFI for some 4 days, Now my other
processors are failing saying "Failed to index Provenance Events. See logs
for more information.
"

I want to know if flowfiles are queued for a long time and any issues will
happen for real time records.
