Currently, the tests SampleWebProjectsTest and FlatMultiModuleWebApplicationVBTest are set to [Ignore] as the projects illustrate dependencies that are not correctly generated by the project importer.

These are only for "web site" projects, where the references come from the solution instead of a csproj type file. I'm not sure if it can be fixed, but probably not a high priority even so.
