[allura:tickets] #8049 Warn users when closing a page with unsaved changes

Current allura version will keep unsaved text and it will add when user open previous closed location.

Example.

Go to Tickets -> Create ticket -> close tab -> Open tab again then you will find previous content

Warn a user if they are closing a tab that they’ve modified without saving.

A combination of a dirty flag with beforeunload event might work.
