[STATUS] Java EE 7 TCK

All,

I've moved our discussions on the Java EE 7 TCK into the open for greater visibility and to provide the community with status.

At this late stage and with all major issues nearly resolved, I ask you not to disrupt the delicate process of closing a legal contract.
