I am reopening this issue with a smaller version of the file name /med_live.2.11.cv.423.1048642.0_A.pdf
The issue seems to relate to the Advanced MetaData under document properties.

Hi Eric,
I can't attach the 26MB med_live.pdf because it is bigger the the allowable limit, 10MB. I can try to email to you directly.
It's bigger than the allowable gmail size too. I split the file and converted each split file to PDFA and ran through BDFBox
preflight with no error...for now I'll just let this be....
