The way to generate javadoc is: {{incubator-netbeans$ ant build-javadoc}} that command generates {{incubator-netbeans/nbbuild/NetBeans-dev-*-javadoc-web.zip}} file. Please run the command and upload the unzipped result somewhere else then http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/javadoc/
