Make DBCP compile under JDK 5.0

Summary: Make DBCP compile under JDK 5.0
           Product: Commons
           Version: 1.0 Alpha
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Dbcp
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: yoavs@computer.org

Right now it doesn't -- the compiler compains about some vararg conversion
errors. I'll probably take care of this myself and commit fixes later this
week.
