[VOTE] Apache Tapestry 5.4-beta-17
I've created and uploaded a release of Tapestry 5.4-beta-17, ready to be
voted upon.
The source and source downloads are uploaded to:
http://people.apache.org/~hlship/tapestry-releases/
and the Maven artifacts staged to:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/staging/
Please examine these files to determine if the new release, 5.4-beta-17, is
ready.
I've also created a 5.4-beta-17 tag in Git:

Vote will run for three days; On a successful vote, I'll release the Maven
artifacts, and move the source and javadoc distributions from these

to the proper distribution directories and update the Tapestry site
documentation, and send out appropriate notifications.

I didnt't have enough time today to come up with a fix myself. I spent most
of the time tracking down the root cause of my request->302->404 problem.
I wonder why the charset ends up in the URL rewriter at all. I'm still
struggling to figure out what "before" and "after" mean when applied to
decorator ordering. I rather think of those in terms of "inside" and
"around".

018d3c424fb78f74034a4e2fdbf762cf0ee771b8/TAP5-1689 is causing issues for
me. I have a Grid mixin that sets the initial sorting for a Grid. Now I
get a NullPointerException in Grid.java:338 from its SetupRender phase.
There's probably a null check missing.
