[jira] [Issue Comment Edited] (CB-145) Android contact.save() crashes for native contacts.

Thanks a lot for the fix, can't wait to try the 1.4 release (btw is it easy to compile the .jar file from trunk if i do not want to wait a full release ?)

And if there is multiple account setup, will it use always the same (across functions read/create/update) ? How is it chosen ? (first ? random ? possibility to choose ?)

While i'm on it, is it normal that the javascript side of phonegap is not the same for ios and android (did not work when using one from ios new project) ? And is it normal that i get a 1.2.0 file in the android package ?

That's a lot of q's and probably not really the place, but you clearly seem to be the best person to ask ;) !

Thanks!

> Crashes with Error 0 on a clean Android device.
> Only works with Google accounts configured.
> Check http://simonmacdonald.blogspot.com/2011/09/saving-contacts-with-phonegap-android.html
> This should clearly be stated on phonegap api/docs. It's a major issue!
> It's quite frustrating to discover (& after a major IOS&Phonegap commitment) that my beloved framework basic&documented api interactions does not work at all...
> Would love to see this fixed soon !!
