Caching of HTML within default publication implemented

FYI:

Pages of the default publication (of the HEAD/trunk version) are now 
being cached within the directory:

 @WEBAPP-DIR@/lenya/pubs/default/work/cache/live

If a file exists within this directory then it's being read
by <map:read .../> instead being generated from scratch.

When a document is being  published then this caching directory is being 
deleted (kind of brute force ;-)

In order to achieve this the following files have been modified:

default/publication-sitemap.xmap
config/tasks/tasks.xconf
config/tasks/targets.xml

This should be another speedup :-)

If everyone is happy with it, then we can backport it to the 1.2 branch.
