generate one pdf-file out of the whole site FAILS
Hello devs,
the site.xml match for the creation of the whole site does not show up
after /forrest/.
<all>
<whole_site_html label="Whole Site HTML" href="site.html"/>
<whole_site_pdf label="Whole Site PDF" href="site.pdf"/>
</all>
Try:
mkdir pdf
cd pdf
forrest seed
forrest
You will not find an entry for the whole site! Any ideas why?

I did an update and repeated the above steps. Thanks now it works
