   ### Motivation
   
   Calling synchronous methods in an async call chain could cause deadlocks and poor performance.
   
   ### Modifications
   
   Fix an issue in NamespacesBase#internalDeleteNamespaceBundleAsync.
   - replace `validateNamespaceBundleOwnership` with `validateNamespaceBundleOwnershipAsync`
