[site] changes...

I added two things for people to look at.  They aren't done or deployed 
to live site.  But I changed them in for easy perusal.

1) Added a "What can it to now?" page to brag about stuff we can do 
(like build our own site...)

2) Added subcomponents for classlib and jchevm so we can have content 
for each that is easily organized and findable...

comments appreciated.  I modified the stylesheet and project nav to have 
  subitems for a given item in a menu section... Not the prettiest yet, 
but a start...
