Cocoon.xml freezes Win2000 box

Hello,

I just installed Cocoon on Win2000 box under WebLogic 5.1.
Cocoon.xml runs fine, but after it runs the CPU goes to 80%
and stays there even I don't use the Cocoon. Please help!
