.NET subversion bindings available?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone is working on .NET subversion bindings.
(the reason I'm interested is because of a possible SharpDevelop plugin 
for subversion version control)

I did a search on the mailinglist and a similar topic appeared on 
2003/02/03 but there doesn't seem to be any progress?
