    Description: There exists a {{LeaseInfo}} class representing lease information, which is used by some storage infrastructure. However, some classes, such as partition storages, don't use it and pass {leaseStartTime, nodeId, nodeName} separately. I suggest to refactor such places in order to unify the code base.
