how to configure the following case

Hello

I have postfix with mysql holding multiple virtual domains, I want to 
configure one account where the clients can forward to me all received 
emails and automatically receive them on the server and put them in one 
folder where I can teach spamassassin with all these examples.

Could somebody explain to me the way to implement that.Maybe we have a 
better solution to have the same objetive solved.
