[jira] [Updated] (OPENNLP-1757) Expose probs() method in thread-safe probabilistic ME classes
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENNLP-1757?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:all-tabpanel ]
Martin Wiesner updated OPENNLP-1757:
------------------------------------
Description:
Atm, the thread-safe wrapper classes hide the capability to retrieve probabilities related to the last processed sequence in
* {{LemmatizerME}}
* {{NameFinderME}}
* {{POSTaggerME}}
For some applications, it might be necessary or a benefit to have access to those probabilities scores to either report them or make a decision based on a certainty level.
In this context, the {{double[] probs()}} method can be described in a new {{Probabilistic}} interface
Let's provide it!
