[GitHub] cloudstack pull request: Set version 4.7.1-SNAPSHOT in 4.7 branch

    - upgrade path
    
    Build succeeds:

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    Tested an upgrade from `4.7.0` to `4.7.1` and that works:
    
    ```

    @DaanHoogland Jenkins failed, seems not related to PR. Is this y our experiment?
