"official" jcdi test failures

There are a couple test failures in the 1.0.1-Final jcdi tck.


I'm asking about one:
 testObserverMethodNotOnManagedOrSessionBeanFails(org.jboss.jsr299.tck.tests.event.broken.observer.beanNotManaged.ObserverMethodOnIncorrectBeanTest)

The other occurs only with jetty
  testConversationPropagatedOverRedirect(org.jboss.jsr299.tck.tests.context.conversation.LongRunningConversationPropagatedByFacesContextTest)
I think this is a failure to exclude from 1.0.1-Final
