We could script all the incubator bits (the current scripts have NOT changed since the move to the incubator ldap group)

To promote an incubator project to a TLP, the only step needed in nexus is REMOVE it from the incubator list (ONLY if the project is using the 'incubator' ldap group):

Go to: https://repository.apache.org/index.html#security-roles;incubator
Remove the project from the "Role/Privilege Management" section.  ( the format is almost always "org.apache.<project-name> Development Role"
