[GitHub] incubator-trafficcontrol pull request #675: filter out headers when no_heade...

    filter out headers when no_header parameter is present

    Removes the header from take and bake files generated via parameter.  If a parameter matching the config file name with no_header is found, the header is not included in the file.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/dg4prez/incubator-trafficcontrol no_header

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/incubator-trafficcontrol/pull/675.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #675
