There are multiple files in this family of files. Almost all apply to
all version of SA 2.5x and up.

There is one file that does not apply to 2.64 (its rules were
incorporated into 2.64 when released), and another that does not apply
to 3.0 (same reason, but this file should be very useful to a 2.64
system), but all other files can be used with any 2.5x+ version.

In Germany you'll also want to stay away from the
70_sare_header_eng.cf file, since those rules work well only for
English language emails.

information in the "Note" section. You'll find that
