Apache SOAP or MS SOAP Toolkit

Hello all,

I'm trying to connect a Client via SOAP to some COM-Objects using the MS
SOAP Toolkit. It all is running on Apache Server (including Tomcat, Cocoon
and OpenASP). But I am not able to read the necessary SDL-File, which is an
XML-File, into the COM-Object. 
Now to my question... Is there any way I can use Apache SOAP to connect to
COM, probably even without using any of the MS stuff at all??
