[ANNOUNCE] Groovy 3.0.25, 4.0.27, and 5.0.0-beta-1 Windows installers released

Windows installers for Groovy 3.0.25, 4.0.27, and 5.0.0-beta-1 are now
available. These are the first releases using Wix Toolset 6 rather than Wix
Toolset 4. I don't anticipate any issues, but if you notice anything
strange, please let me know.
