   **Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
   While debugging, sometimes it is hard to track down the problem with current log statement. We would like to improve logging in Task Framework. 
   
   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   1. For existing log statements:
   -  Include job name instead task name only for some log statement. Since task name is not unique, it is hard to identify the problem.
   - Include backtrace when we get exception.
   2. Add new log statements when needed. 
   
   **Additional context**
   Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
