> Key: HDDS-9489
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-9489
> Project: Apache Ozone
> Issue Type: Bug

>
> {{ozone admin container report}} will count nodes as over-replicated if we are saving unhealthy replicas because they have unique origin IDs while still having sufficient quasi-closed replicas. For now we consider this a stable state, so these containers should not be flagged in the container report.
