[ANNOUNCE] v3.0.x going EOL

Hi all,

This is a reminder that with the release of Apache Traffic Server v5.0.0, the v3.0.x release is going EOL. This means no more releases for this old version! The best route is to upgrade to either v4.2.1 or the upcoming v5.0.0 release.

Going forward, we will only support 2 release branches at any given time, currently that is

	Branch 4.2.x: Supported until May 2015, or until v6.0.0 is released. Current release is v4.2.1
	Branch 5.0.x: Supported until August 2014, or until v5.1.x is released.
