many new bite-sized tasks available

Many Subversion issues are now classified with a Target Milestone of
"bite-sized", meaning this is something a volunteer could do in a day
or so, armed with only a general idea of how things work.  You don't
need detailed knowledge of Subversion internals, though you might have
that by the time you're done. :-)
