[Bug 58305] mod_cgi documentation not clear about what is passed to the subprocess

Hi Tom,

mod_cgi uses the ap_add_common_vars
(https://ci.apache.org/projects/httpd/trunk/doxygen/group__APACHE__CORE__SCRIPT.html#ga0e81f9571a8a73f5da0e89e1f46d34b1)
function to add env variables like DOCUMENT_ROOT if I am not mistaken, this is
why it is not configurable (i.e. set by the httpd core).


Would it be good in your opinion to have a reference in
https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_cgi.html ?
