You made a point there! Still we should not confuse the place where to put the new webapp (component) and the webapp itself...

So the question is do we need a new component. Like Adrian, I don't think so. Now we need a consensus on which component should contains the webapp. It seems to me that it should be in an applications component, HR makes more sense to me than Accounting.
