[Bug 118201] when i try to access online templates i get the message the connection to the server was reset while the page was loading

Templates website was unstable for portions of 2011 and early 2012.  Since then
it was hosted by SourceForge, who made a greater effort to update and maintain
the server.  It has been stable since then.

Close as "Fixed".
