Cocoon API (javadocs) for 2.1.8 updated on the website

Hi:

Yesterday was updated the cocoon API in the cocoon website:

http://cocoon.apache.org/2.1/apidocs/index.html

Previously broken links to the avalon-excalibur API is now working.
