yep, I hope so ;)    We'll probably have a few points where the "ASF way"
is most appropriate, but definitely, your help will be much appreciated.
I think in almost all cases these will be discussed and formulated on this
list.

I find that's often the best way. Take what works, and change it as
little as possible to keep it working within the new society.

Yep, here is the right place.  I hope to keep it relatively simple
(probably just start off with bits of other TLP bylaws that look good).
