sa-vm1 low on space

Hi Spamassassins,

sa-vm1 is low on disk space due to a large error log in /var/log/apache2/error.log. There are a number of other logfiles that need to be cleaned up, but that particular one is the main issue. It appears to be due to perl errors in ruleqa.cgi.
