Currently, the JSON files 'gregorian-julian-rebase-micros.json' and 'julian-gregorian-rebase-micros.json' are generated w/ step of 1 week. The files can miss short spikes of diffs. The ticket aims to change the max step from 1 week to 30 minutes, and speed up execution.
