arch: risc-v: Fix license information to use the OpenSBI
Summary:
- I noticed that the OpenSBI library depends on the BSD license
- This commit fixes this issue
Impact:
- CONFIG_OPENSBI=y only
Testing:
- Build with icicle:opensbi (will be updated later)
