[jira] [Created] (OPENMEETINGS-1830) Listed attendees in rooms in administration panel invalid data

Aaron Hepp created OPENMEETINGS-1830:
----------------------------------------

Summary: Listed attendees in rooms in administration panel invalid data
                 Key: OPENMEETINGS-1830
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENMEETINGS-1830
             Project: Openmeetings
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: HTML5/Admin, HTML5/Chat
    Affects Versions: 4.0.2
         Environment: Windows 7 / 4.0.2-SNAPSHOT Revision b1b833b Build date 2018-02-08T07:15:08Z
            Reporter: Aaron Hepp
            Assignee: Maxim Solodovnik
         Attachments: OM-revision b1b833b.PNG

When viewing "users in this room" under the administration tab \{administration / conference rooms /  <select room>}, the data being reported is invalid (see screenshot).  Admin was logged in ID 1 and a test user was logged in with ID 203.  Both users where reporting in with <null> ID and as admin

Separate inquiry; can a .htaccess be implemented to block random/unintended users from accessing?  Public facing server is getting multiple registrations from "unwanted" sources and was wanting to place an .htaccess to only allow access from separate website.  If so can you please state where in the file hierarchy this should be placed.  I have tried various locals but none have seem to be effective.

Thank you for your time on this project.
