   Divided the issue into 3 subtasks for tracking
   
   - [ ] Migrate OAL of Envoy metrics to MAL;
   - [ ] Include more metrics based on MAL implementation;
   - [ ] Add UI template of "Data Plane" on "Istio" tab, including all metrics above;
