WSS4J implement WS-I Basic Security Profile Version 1.0 spec?

Hi all,
I'm new in this forum and with wss4j.
I want to know if wss4j 1.5.4 implements a WS-I Basic Security Profile
Version 1.0 (link:
http://www.ws-i.org/Profiles/BasicSecurityProfile-1.0-2005-06-14.html).

In the readme.txt of wss4j I find that:
WSS4J implements

 * OASIS Web Serives Security: SOAP Message Security 1.0 Standard 200401, 
   March 2004
    * Username Token profile V1.0
    * X.509 Token Profile V1.0

and in the WS-I Basic Security Profile Version 1.0 spec. there are reference
at OASIS Standard 200401.

Now my question is:
wss4j implements WS-I Basic Security Profile Version 1.0 spec.
