Been monitoring the numbers over the last three days. Things are looking great!

Website Traffic:
140% Mon
140% Tue
196% Wed!!! (really really good sign)
Youtube views since Monday:
+800 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eCrtoSTZ2RE
+580 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lr8pxEACVRI
Not only was yesterday's traffic remarkably higher than the previous two days, it was the highest of all time. Yes, we beat the JavaOne announcement!
Truly amazing.
A special thank you to Sally Khudairi, who does all the ASF press releases, for such an amazing write up and organizing the announcement with all the affiliates. Sally, the ASF is so lucky to have you!

Out of curiosity - are the press releases getting translated to other
languages? That way news site in non english speaking countries would
not have to translate it on their own and potentially introduce wrong
information during the translation cycle.
