> As part of any Apache release, you must have a set of files in the top level directory including DISCLAIMER, LICENSE, and NOTICE.  The DISCLAIMER and LICENSE files are missing, and the NOTICE file needed an update.   In addition, a README file will be added that describes where to find information about Trafodion.
