OM 3.0 screensharing client side window problem

Hello!

I try OM 3.0 prev. week latest ~720 from
https://builds.apache.org/job/openmeetings

Detect window parse event on screen sharing:

Whenn client is accept screensharing window, the window is open on full
size. This a minor problem.
Better, when the window is open in current design dashboard size and not
ower chat panel...

The window manage button on bottom-right is bad position.
There are a "close" button and the size heel too near!
If the client closes the window accidentally, can't reopen this. Reopen
only login again into room.

Main idea (better this) remove the close button and available only 'X'
on vidow top bar, have enough space on heel.

Next: The client is set default apply screenshare and change this one
configureable setting to room admin.

better solution, if the screen share window opens automatically and not
require user interaction. This require attache on
configurable field on room settings panel.

The webinar model better, whenn window open automaticaly.

Idea: if have activ screensharing, show a "Activ Screen Sharing
available! Open this?" message and click event into window top menu/title.

Detect problem:

If I move it or resize/zoom/scale once the window, the mouse sticks to
it and scales it continuously after this.
Tested this IE, Chrome, Mozilla, problem have many browser Win and Linux.
